What can I expect from the Inbound Call Review
Our team will conduct a thorough review of your call answering. 

The review takes place over a 21 day period.

We'll call at various times of the day and week and record unanswered calls (including those directed to voicemail).

Calls that are answered will be reviewed on set criteria. This information will be completely anonymised. 

When your review is complete we'll arrange a call with you to report on results an follow that with a written report and benchmark results.

Calls will NOT be recorded to ensure compliance with data privacy.
